Silent Assassin Guide written by Tae W. Son
This is not a walkthrough (walkthru) per se. Instead, this is a guide to achieving the "Silent Assassin" rank for each level. For specific information not covered here, consult a regular walkthrough. I’ll update this whenever I have the time. If you would like to send in your own solutions, then e-mail them to TaeWSon@hotmail.com. (Note: All levels are played at the highest difficulty.)

Ok...the notoriety feature doesn't do much for Silent Assassins. ;)
Tips
  1. The new inventory system sucks. Sometimes when you try to enter the inventory mode you'll pull out a weapon instead. To avoid this, find a dark corner and select your desired weapon (most usually the sedative syringe or the poison syringe) or item and then quickly holster it before you continue.
  2. Try to keep the suspicion metre in the green, although sometimes yellows are ok.
  3. Causing accidents will raise the suspicion metre to yellow but since it was an accident it won't count against your Silent Assassin ranking (even if the accident was caused by a bomb).
  4. Killing innocents don't count against your Silent Assassin ranking if it was through an 'accident' (such as pushing people off balconeys).
  5. Instead of using the syringe sedative, you can grab a person as a human shield and then knock him out.
  6. Upgrade your miscellaneous items as quickly as possible.
  7. If you want to use guns, upgrade them to 'silenced' as quickly as possible. Although, most hits can be performed with the poison syringe or by causing 'accidents'.
  8. Leave no evidence of your existence. That is, change back into your own clothes before leaving, steal all videotapes, and don't discard your custom weapons.

Level 1: Death of a Showman (6-7-2006)
This is a tutorial level, and it doesn't rank you at the end.
Level 2: A Vintage Year (6-7-2006)
  1. Run clockwise to the left around the wall, avoiding the lone patrolling guard.
  2. Quickly run at him from behind and sedate him (comes in handy later when you escape the house).
  3. Continue along and head down the narrow path along the cliff.
  4. Sneak past the worker and wait for another worker to exit the lifts. Wait for him to go back in.
  5. Sneak up on the guard and sedate him. Hide his body behind the crate so that the worker patrolling the lift won't see him. Change clothes and head up the lift.
  6. Go to the room where Manuel Delgado snorts cocain and hide behind the barrels.
  7. Wait for him to exit the room through the door and kill him just as he's about to. Hide his body in the trunk behind you.
  8. Head upstairs to the house and go across to the room with the sleeping guard. Go upstairs to the second floor.
  9. When both guards in the main corridor are looking away from you (one guard patrols back and forth whilst the other guard turns his head up and down the hall), pick the door to your right.
  10. Wait until Don Fernando Delgado walks out onto the balconey. Push him off. Ignore the sleeping guard.
  11. If you go through the room with the cello and then to the next room, you'll find an open window. Climb out (if you didn't sedate the patrolling guard before then you'll have to sneak out).
  12. Jump down onto the ground and head back down the cliff and to the guard you drugged.
  13. Retrieve your clothes and head to the exit.

Level 3: Curtains Down (6-7-2006)
  1. Talk to the security guard in the coatroom to the left.
  2. Follow the worker in the white suit down to the basement. Sedate him and hide his body in the trunk.
  3. Head out the door and go all the way down the corridor to the locked room. Pick the lock when no one's looking.
  4. Head upstair's to the dressing rooms. The dressing room in the corner (next to the bathroom) is your target's. Ignore that and go into the next dressing room. Hide in the closet.
  5. Wait for the actor to come in, practice his lines and leave to go to the bathroom. Replace the prop gun with the real gun.
  6. Hide in the closet and wait for him to enter and leave again.
  7. Go across the hallway and up the gantry.
  8. When the lone worker is in the other room, plant a bomb on the lights next to the door.
  9. Wait for Alvaro d'Alvade to be killed 'accidentally' with the real gun and then wait for Richard Delahunt to run up the stage to the body.
  10. Make sure that the lone worker isn't near the bomb when you detonate it (it's not an accident if the explosion kills him). The lights will fall and kill Delahunt.
  11. CALMLY walk back to your suit, change clothes and CALMLY walk to the exit--even though your suspiscion metre is yellow now.

Level 4: Flatline (6-7-2006)
  1. Run left along the wall until you reach the main building.
  2. One of the stained-glass windows is a door, pick the lock and enter. Pick the other door and head outside.
  3. Sabotage the utility box and wait for the guard to come outside to fix it. Drug him, take his clothes and hide his body.
  4. Enter inside, take the cardkey and the videotape.
  5. Head through the security doors and down into the medical wing.
  6. Wait outside until the patrolling orderly leaves the room, then climb in through the window and sedate the sitting orderly. Take his clothes and hide his body in the bin.
  7. Walk down to the agent and get the information and use the fake death drug on him.
  8. Go back upstairs.
  9. Go to the weight room and wait for the guy to start bench presses. Walk up behind the weights and wait for him to finish. Quickly, when the option comes up, kill him with the weights.
  10. Go upstairs to the balconey overlooking a room with a globe. Plant a bomb on the rope holding the chandelier. Wait for the guy beneath to sip his drink then detonate the bomb.
  11. Go to the room with the stove and sabotage it.
  12. Go out the door to the balconey and drop down to the ground.
  13. Retrieve your clothes and go to the morgue.
  14. Revive the agent and exit.

Level 5: New Life (6-7-2006)
  1. Walk up to the catering truck and use the sedative on the doughnuts.
  2. Wait for the caterer to give the doughnuts to the agents in the van, then after the agents eat them, go inside and change. Grab the videotape as well.
  3. Head around to the back of the house and pick the lock and enter.
  4. Head to the indoor swimming pool and wait for the wife.
  5. When the wife is about to get into the pool, push her. Grab the necklace.
  6. Head upstairs to the Vinnie's office.
  7. Hide in the little nook and kill him when he works at the computer.
  8. Walk out through the garage, retrieve your clothes from the van and go to the exit.

Level 6: The Murder of Crows (6-7-2006)
  1. Follow the courier. If he turns right after exiting the building he'll head straight to the hideout and you won't get a change to take his costume, so restart the mission. If he heads left then he'll head towards an alley. Drug him and hide his body--either in the dumpster or the building. The door to the building is just across from the dumpster, and it has a little room next to the stairs that you can hide the body. If you don't want to carry the briefcase with the diamonds around, you can hide it in the same room. Beware: if you leave the briefcase lying out in the open, the police will pick it up as lost property.
  2. Wait for Angelina to enter the same alley. Kill her and hide her body--again, either in the dumpster (if it doesn't hold the body of the courier) or in the little room in the building.
  3. Grab her walkie-talkie. You should now see where your second target is. He's in one of the three clubs. Enter the club he's in through the back or side entrance and then sneak upstairs to the target and kill him. The club to the north is the easiest since the kitchen and restroom are the same room so that you can easily wait for the chef and waiter to face away from the door to the stairs and then sneak past them, although you'll have to climb the boxes to reach the window to enter the club.
  4. Disguised as the courier and with the briefcase, head to the hideout.
  5. Head upstairs and wait for the patrolling guard to come out onto the balconey. Drug him and hide his body so that he can't be seen by the target when you open the door.
  6. Go into the room and kill the target.
  7. Go retrieve your clothes and then head to the exit.

Level 7: You Better Watch Out... (6-7-2006)
  1. Head around the back to the staff lift.
  2. Avoid being caught by the camera.
  3. When the guard in the security room is getting a coffee, sedate him and steal his clothes.
  4. Turn off the laser beams and drag the guard's body to the lift and dump it inside the lift.
  5. Take the staff lift up.
  6. Go into the room immediately to the left and sedate the sitting guard. Take his clothes.
  7. Go upstairs to the kitchen and grab the aphrodisiac in the next room (between the kitchen and bar).
  8. Spike Bingham's drink at the bar (you might have to wait for the waiter to come along).
  9. Go around to the pool inside the cavern, go through the door to the red-lit rooms. Note the fake waterfall that you pass (you'll go through this later).
  10. Follow the lady/assassin and after the cut scene, headbutt her and then kill her.
  11. Wait for Bingham to enter the same area.
  12. When he's in the other room, enter it. He'll immediately leave. Follow him and push him off the railing.
  13. Head through the waterfall and to the lift to the studio. Head up.
  14. Head to the back where Havilland is standing next to the railing. RUN up to him and push him over. If you walk or sneak, the dog will alert him and you'll fail to get Silent Assassin ranking.
  15. Go get the videotape and grab it when the guards aren't looking.
  16. Head back down and change back to your suit.
  17. Avoid being caught by the camera and head to the exit.

Level 8: Death on the Mississippi (6-9-2006)
  1. Run through the passenger cabin area. This will trigger the target there to walk between a lady's cabin and the outside deck (where you can kill him later).
  2. Turn left in the middle and go downstairs to the crew quarters. Hide in the closet, and when the coast is clear run down the hall and turn left and go through the door.
  3. Wait atop the stairs until a sailor passes below you. Sedate him and take his clothes. Note: All this was so that your suit is as close to the exit as possible since the exit is in a staff-only area. The only person who patrols this part of the ship is tthe sailor you just drugged, so you don't have to worry about anything here.
  4. Head back to the crew quarters and go into the locker room. Change into the purser's outfit. This is because if you wear the sailor's outfit the sailors will get VERY suspicious of you.
  5. Head back upstairs and follow the target out onto the deck. Push him overboard.
  6. Head north along the deck, jump the gap and wait for the smoking guard to go away. There's also a target that patrols the deck just above you. Climb the trellis and kill the target. You can leave his body there because no one else patrols there.
  7. Go underneath the stairs to the topmost deck. Wait for the 1st class purser to go up and then come back down. This will take a while but it's worth it since you only have one more dose of sedative left and this guy has the habit of walking in on you when you're killing your targets.
  8. Sedate the purser, hide the body underneath the stairs and change clothes.
  9. Go upstairs and systematically kill the three target/guards.
  10. Head to the captain's quarters and wait for him to peek through the keyhole of the bathroom when the young officer is showering. Kill the captain.
  11. Hide his body in the next room.
  12. Get the pictures from the safe.
  13. Head back down and change back into the purser's outfit.
  14. Head down to the engine room and push the last target into the engine.
  15. Change clothes and exit--watch out for the purser that hangs out near the exit and make sure he leaves before you approach.

Level 9: Till Death Do Us Part (6-10-2006)
  1. Go into the first door. Sedate the seated guest and grab his clothes. Hide the body in the trunk.
  2. Go to the dilapidated building and wait for the drunk guest to pass out. Grab the invitation.
  3. Go into the mansion, and when no one is looking run into the kitchen and poison the cake.
  4. Go to the west end of the rear porch and stand next to the trunk. The target will walk by here.
  5. Kill the father of the bride, making sure that the guard on the porch doesn't see, and hide his body in the trunk. If the target has already walked by then just wait for him to get to the cemetary and shoot him with the scoped baller.
  6. Go to the exit and wait for the groom to die.
  7. Change clothes and exit.

Level 10: A House of Cards (6-11-2006)
This is the first mission where a gun (the W-2000 sniper rifle) is required.
  1. Run to the receptionist and get your keycard.
  2. Go up to your room and unpack your rifle. Drop it on the balconey.
  3. Take the left lift to the lobby and climb the hatch.
  4. Wait until the first target gets into the lift and strangle him. Grab his keycard and the briefcase.
  5. Get into the right lift.
  6. Wait for your second target to get into the lift and strangle him.
  7. Go to the 8th floor.
  8. Wait until the sheik has seated himself in the lounge then pull the fire alarm.
  9. After the guards in the scientist's room have left, go in and use the mobile phone.
  10. Go back to your room and snipe the sheik.
  11. Put the sniper rifle in the ICA case, grab the diamonds and head down to the casino.
  12. Go through the exit.

Level 11: A Dance with the Devil (6-11-2006)
  1. Wait for a second guard to enter the lobby (so that you don't have to sneak past both of them separately).
  2. Talk to the guard at the desk and when both guards are in the staff room, head down the stairs to the garage.
  3. Go around the north side of the garage, being careful of the patrolling guard.
  4. Grab the heaven costume.
  5. Go to the guard standing next to the lift. Sedate him, grab his clothes and hide his body in the bin.
  6. Go to the security office and grab the tape.
  7. Go through the maintenance door to the lift and go up to the top level.
  8. Kill the CIA agent in the toilet and grab his costume.
  9. Meet the singer/assassin when she gets off stage. When you reach her office, kill her.
  10. Read the info on the laptop on her desk.
  11. Go down the lift to the garage, climb the hatch and take the other lift to the basement.
  12. Talk to the bartender and fight him (use the poison syringe when you get the change).
  13. Sabotage the pyrotechnics.
  14. Go back to the garage, retrieve your suit and sneak past the lone guard to the exit.

Level 12: Amendment XXV (6-12-2006)
This level also requires a gun (silenced baller with scope). Don't worry about the metal detector because you'll be disguised as an officer.
  1. Wait for all the tourists to enter the building then draw one of the guards with a coin. Alternatively, wait for a patrolling guard to come out the door (takes longer).
  2. Sedate the guard (the other guard(s) won't notice) and hide his body behind the bus.
  3. Change clothes and head inside.
  4. Go through the double doors and then the first door on the left. Take the videotape (next to the window) and the keycard.
  5. Go to the main building and to the antechamber to the VP's office (the room with the piano and the trunk). Pick the lock when no one's looking.
  6. Wait for the VP in this room and kill him. Hide his body in the trunk.
  7. Go up to the second floor to the west-most room and change into carpenter's clothes. Go out the window to the roof below.
  8. Wait for an agent to come out then sedate him and hide his body behind the round wall thing.
  9. Go down to the oval office for a cutscene.
  10. CALMLY walk out to the courtyard and directly to the main building.
  11. Go up to the second floor to the window and shoot the target in the head through the window.
  12. Change clothes and walk out to the bus.
  13. Change into your regular clothes and exit.

Level 13: Requiem
No ranking--just an end of game shoot-em-up.

Appendix (5-3-2004)

Hitman Contracts

Silent Assassin Guide written by Tae W. Son
All-in-all, this turned out to be an easier game than Hitman 2. However, the ending hints at something better in the works for the sequel. Also, because of the similar levels, I'm reminded of how easy the first Hitman was since there was no such thing as a "Silent Assassin" ranking -- meaning that I just headshot anyone who got in my way.
Tips
  1. When trying to shoot around corners, switch to first person mode.
  2. When looking around, particularly when you're trying to see if there's any guards within line-of-sight, switch to first person mode.
  3. Sometimes you can walk a few yards behind patrolling guards without them noticing you -- even if you're not in disguise.
  4. If you're within a room, open the door and stand next to it so that it can't close. That way you can stand out in the hall/open and still remain hidden (that is, if the door is between you and the guard).

Level 1: Asylum Aftermath (5-1-2004)
  1. Grab the car key from your dead father.
  2. Take the lift to the second floor.
  3. Change into a patient's clothes and grab the stun gun (there's a syringe but it won't work on swat guys). You can walk around the asylum now without being disturbed as long as you have your weapons holstered. (If you're dressed as a policeman or orderly, you have a tendency to raise suspicion amongst the policemen.)
  4. Go to entrance to the asylum but don't go out. If you even open the door to the reception area the police will get suspicious.
  5. Open the other door across from the door to the reception area. There will be two patients in this room as well as a policeman who patrols the spiral stairwell and the second floor. Follow him without raising his suspicion (i.e. stay out of his sight).
  6. Sneak up to the policeman and stun him (be careful because if he's standing at the window then he might suddenly turn around to continue his patrol).
  7. There are two windows that you can open: one in the room with the stairwell and one in the other room which leads straight out to the car. Go out the second window and climb down the ladder.
  8. Walk up to the car and escape.
Bonus Weapon: CZ 2000 Dual

Level 2: The Meatking's Party (5-1-2004)
  1. Ditch your guns and change clothes.
  2. After exiting the truck, close the doors.
  3. Go to the entrance and let the guard frisk you.
  4. Go in and go up the first set of stairs.
  5. Sneak past the Meatking's brother and find the girl's dead body. Get her severed arm.
  6. Go down to the locker room where you'll find a spare opium waiter's uniform.
  7. Go to the lawyer and give him some opium (get it from the bartender or just take the one from the opium fiend/empty bed next to the lawyer).
  8. After the lawyer passes out from the opium, grab his silenced baller and shoot him.
  9. Go back and change clothes (you have to time this part just right so that the guards won't see two opium waiters and get suspicious).
  10. Go back up the first set of stairs and drug the guard guarding the door to the roof.
  11. Change clothes. Now you can cross the roof and walk around the private area without being disturbed.
  12. Go to the Meatking and, after closing the curtains, shoot him.
  13. Go to the trucks behind the kitchen and locker room.
Bonus Weapon: Micro Uzis
Warning: 1 when the girls who are with the Meatking wake up and find his dead body.

Alternate: Instead of using the silenced baller, grab a cleaver from the kitchen and use that to off the lawyer and the Meat King.
Alternate (5-7-2004): Dressed as the butcher, the very first thing you can do is go into the kitchen, pick up the cleaver and hide it in the chicken. Then go upstairs to the Meat King. Be sure that you're not carrying the meat hook because that counts as a weapon when the upstairs guard frisks you. After you close the curtains and the girls leave, then you can use the cleaver the off the Meat King (you can also choose to give the chicken to him before you off him).
Alternate (5-7-2004): On the roof, there's a ladder that leads up to a catwalk. At the end is a window that looks into the Meat King's room. If you're a good shot with a silenced baller, you can get a headshot and kill him.
Level 3: The Bjarkhov Bomb (5-1-2004)
  1. Drug one of the civilians who are carrying the groceries (you have to run up to them from behind and quickly stab them with the syringe) and change clothes.
  2. Go to the kitchen and talk to your contact.
  3. Grab the laxative.
  4. Make sure none of the guards in the mess hall can see you (switch to first-person view to be certain), and then pour the laxative into the soup. Your contact doesn't really care if you do this.
  5. Go to the restroom and wait.
  6. When the guy comes in, walk up behind him and strangle him with the fibre wire.
  7. Make sure that the his escort isn't standing outside the restroom (he's supposed to escort you to the commander but he also has the annoying habit of being suspicious).
  8. Change clothes and go to the boat.
  9. Go through everything and get to the commander (they'll be suspicious, but it won't affect your Silent Assassin rating that much -- it's your escort that pushes you over into Professional rating).
  10. Grab his keys and go out the side entrance.
  11. Go to the warehouse and grab the radiation suit.
  12. Go to the sub and grab the three bombs.
  13. Climb the ladder down to the ice and then go around the sub and plant the bombs.
  14. Get to a safe distance and detonate it (about halfway through the tunnel your detonator will be out of radio range).
  15. Go back to the plane.
Bonus Weapon: Silverballs Silenced
Warning: 1 when the civilian you drugged wakes up.

Alternate (5-7-2004): Instead of drugging the civilian, quickly run to the front of the plane (east) and head towards the flight tower (southeast corner). Head down into the service tunnel and drug the guard at the computer. Go to the other end of the tunnel to the warehouse and get the sniper rifle. Head to the ship. The commander should be standing on deck. Snipe him.
Level 4: The Beldingford Manor (5-1-2004)
  1. Head towards the tennis courts, avoiding all the guards.
  2. Avoiding the guard that patrols between the tennis courts and stables, head towards the rear of the stables (the guards that patrol the perimeter of the stables patrol counter-clockwise).
  3. Follow the stable boy as he goes from his loft into the interior of the stables (make sure that he doesn't notice you).
  4. You'll have to poison the horses' water supply before you can enter the stables. In the hall just after the water tank are two rooms: to the left is the weedkiller that you'll use to poison the water supply and to the right is where the stable/prison key is being guarded by three guards who are watching television.
  5. After poisoning the water supply, go back outside and turn off the satellite-TV dish. Be careful because sometimes the stable boy runs back to his loft at the horror of losing the horses.
  6. Sneak past the three guards as they come out to turn it back on and get the key.
  7. Go to the stables (it'll be to the right). Be careful of the guard that patrols the central loft.
  8. Free the prisoner.
  9. Manoeuvre past the guards and head to the maze. In the northeast corner of the maze is a trap door that leads to the basement. Drug the guard, hide his body and take his clothes.
  10. Go upstairs and head towards the servant's quarters.
  11. Go down and turn off the water heater. This will disrupt a maid who showers in her underwear (wink -- guess Eidos and Io didn't want a game that was rated "R", but then again, there's that leather fetish party in Level 2).
  12. Go upstairs to the shower but before going in, go to the room across from it and get the vial of poison.
  13. Go into the shower and open the hidden door that's behind the mirror.
  14. Sneak up to the old guy's room and poison his milk (alternatively you can smother him with his pillow).
  15. Go to the southeast spiral staircase and go down to the basement. Poison the liquor.
  16. Head back to the boat.
Bonus Weapon: Magnum 500 Dual

Level 5: Rendevous in Rottingham (5-2-2004)
  1. Head towards the bikers heading into the factory.
  2. Drug the last one.
  3. Change clothes and enter.
  4. Go out the north, go through the narrow alley and head towards the main building.
  5. Go to the switch in the northwest storage area.
  6. Turn off the power. This will draw away the guard from the north door.
  7. Go out the north door and up the ladder.
  8. Go to the northeast room and wait for the boss.
  9. Strangle him and grab the combination to the safe.
  10. Go to the southeast room and get the pictures from the safe.
  11. Head to the basement.
  12. Go to the south power switch and turn off the main power.
  13. Go to the north power switch and turn on the electric torture device.
  14. Head back out to the factory as the second target fries to death when the guard turns on the main power.
  15. Head to the east-most room on the second floor of the factory.
  16. Change into the prospective biker's clothes (don't sneak or you'll scare the prostitute). If you don't change clothes then your cover will get blown just as you exit the factory (the guard you drugged wakes up).
  17. Head towards the exit.
Bonus Weapon: Sawn-off Shotgun Dual
Warning: 1 when the biker you drugged wakes up.
Level 6: Deadly Cargo (5-2-2004)
This is a combination of two levels from Hitman Codename 47.
  1. Go to the prostitute in the window and get her to distract the guard next to the car.
  2. Place the GPS on the car. (You can skip these steps if you want, just remember that the car is in a crate in the cargo hold of the ship and you'll have to search each one of them to find it.)
  3. Go to the satellite TV dish and turn it off. This will draw the gate guard away from the gate.
  4. Sneak past the police men in the police station and grab the spare uniform in the locker room.
  5. Go to the middle warehouse (the north and south ones contain swat teams) and enter the shed attached to the east side (you'll have to pick the lock).
  6. Sneak past the sailors inside and up to the spare sailor clothes.
  7. Walk onto the ship and into the cargo hold.
  8. Find the car and disarm the bomb.
  9. Go to the south end of the ship.
  10. If you run into Boris, strangle him and then leave the ship via the planks that connect it to the crates and head down the sewer (otherwise do the alternate below). This is so that you'll avoid the swat guys when they start attacking the ship.
  11. Retrace your steps and retrieve the police uniform.
  12. Head towards the exit.
Alternate: If you don't run into Boris, then go up to the bridge and wait in a dark corner. Once the swat guys attack the ship, he'll head up there. Shoot him. Then after the fire fight between the cops and sailors have died down, find a lone swat guy and drug him. Change clothes and head towards the exit.
Alternate (5-4-2004): Also, after waiting for Boris, you can then wait for him to extort a helicopter. After the helicopter arrives, shoot him and grab the detonator (you need this to board the helicopter). Drop down the west side until you get to the main deck. Walk along the west side of the ship to the helicopter.
Alternate (5-4-2004): After disarming the bomb, get off the ship and hide out in the sewers. After the swat guys start the assault on the ship, go to the now-empty southern warehouse and go up to the roof. Drug the sniper guy and then snipe Boris yourself. Change to the swat uniform and walk to the exit.

Bonus Weapon: M4 Carbine Assault Rifle, Silenced
Warnings: Multiple as guards (cops and sailors) find dead bodies during the fire fight.
Level 7: Traditions of the Trade (5-2-2004)
This is almost like the level in Hitman Codename 47.
  1. Get the ID card from the body you just drugged.
  2. Ditch all your guns (or have them confiscated at the entrance).
  3. Go to the second floor and get the master key from the bellhop.
  4. Go to the closed east wing and find the cop in the room about to shower. (There's an easter egg in the form of a roaming ghost.)
  5. Change clothes.
  6. Head to the west entrace to the pool/sauna and enter.
  7. Follow the dentist into the sauna area and turn the valve, killing him. Take his key.
  8. Go back to the east wing and change back into your regular clothes (creates less suspicion amongst the cops).
  9. Go to room 203 and balcony hop to room 202.
  10. Drug the guard and strangle Fuchs.
  11. Take the bombcase and go up the stairs to the roof.
  12. Go over to the dentist's office and sneak past the two guards.
  13. Get the bomb and sneak past the guards again.
  14. Go back to the east wing and change back into the cop's uniform (so that you can go through the metal detector at the entrace with the bomb).
  15. Go to the exit point.

Level 8: Slaying a Dragon (5-2-2004)
This is a combination of two levels from Hitman Codename 47.
  1. Head to the building east of the park.
  2. Go to the second floor and grab the bomb.
  3. Head to the southmost sewer.
  4. Drug the guard and take his clothes. (Don't take his AK-74 because the other guards will start shooting at you.)
  5. Place the bomb on the south car.
  6. Go to the sewer next to the east exit and hide there. (If you wait out in the open, the sniper in the helicopter will start shooting at you.)
  7. After the Red Triad leader flees, detonate his car just as it passes the guards on the east exit (you'll have to time it just right to kill all of them).
  8. Avoiding the helicopter, head to the east exit.
Bonus Weapon: MP5 Submachinegun Silenced
Warning: 1 when the Red Triad leader starts to flee.
Level 9: The Wang Fou Incident (5-3-2004)
This is a combination of two levels from Hitman Codename 47.
  1. Climb the ladder outside of the restaurant.
  2. Sneak by the guard and into the first room.
  3. Grab the bomb and detonator.
  4. Go back out and wait in the alley next to the sewer.
  5. Drug the limo driver and change clothes.
  6. Plant the bomb on the limo. (Instead of going straight through the alley and the guard, go around the building to reduce suspicion.)
  7. Go to where the two guards are standing in the east and wait.
  8. Detonate the bomb when the limo passes the two guards.
  9. Go back to the room where you got the bomb.
  10. Change clothes, grab the silenced sniper rifle and head to the area above the main part of the restaurant. Avoid the guards (you can hide behind the partitions and you can keep your distance from them).
  11. Snipe the two remaining targets in the private dining area.
  12. Head to the exit, avoid all the guards.
Bonus Weapon: Assault Rifle AK74 Silenced
Note/Alternate: Once you change into the triad member's tunic (the one from the room with the bomb), you can go to the mansion by walking past the guards to the circular stairs in the restaurant foyer (or take the rear exit on the second floor of the restaurant). Take the left stairs. At the mansion, which is currently empty, go to the second floor and find a keycard. This keycard unlocks a door in level 1.
Level 10: The Seafood Massacre (5-3-2004)
This is a combination of two levels from Hitman Codename 47.
  1. Ditch your weapons at the southmost ladder.
  2. Go north and strangle the red triad guy. Grab his amulet and change clothes.
  3. Go back to the ladder, grab the sniper rifle, climb up and snipe the blue triad guy and the police officer.
  4. Go to the restaurant and place the amulet on the table (you can't drop it).
  5. Go to the exit.
Bonus Weapon: GK17 Dual
Level 11: Lee Hong Assassination (5-3-2004)
This is almost like the level from Hitman Codename 47.
  1. Go to the bartender and talk to him.
  2. Grab the laxative from the liqour rack and the brothel invitation.
  3. Go to the brothel entrance (red light) and follow the guard to the brothel.
  4. Initiate the brothel sequence, then lead the girl around the outside balcony (counter-clockwise). Be sure to stay close by her as she can't balconey jump without your help. (Note: if you peek into the keyholes of the doors you pass, you'll spot one of the safes.)
  5. Sneak past the two guards at the brothel entrance/bridge.
  6. Sneak past the guard in the storage area across the bridge. Sneak down the ramp to the first floor.
  7. Manoeuvre past the guard patrolling the first floor of the storage area and go out the exit to the gates.
  8. Go back in and dowstairs to the basement.
  9. Change into the spare chef's uniform and go to the kitchen.
  10. Pour the laxative into the soup (the other chefs don't mind) and serve it to Lee Hong when he comes into the private dining area.
  11. Wait until the bodyguard leaves after tasting the soup, and strangle Lee Hong.
  12. Go back down to the basement and change into the Yakuza suit.
  13. Find a triad memeber and drug him. Change into his tunic.
  14. Go to the basement and go find the agent to get the safe location. (He'll be in the last room in the middle horizontal section -- the part with three rooms.)
  15. Go get the jade figurine (either in the armoury safe, the room next to the south lift in the basement; the brothel safe, see above; the guards' quarters safe, the room where you got the bomb in the level 9; or the mansion safe, south room on the second floor).
  16. Go to the exit point.
Bonus Weapon: Micro-uzis Silenced Dual
Alternate: The above breaks down into three parts and can be done in any order. For example, you can start off by going through the east gate and down to the basement to the chef's uniform, or you can start off by going up to the safe in the guards quarter's room and drug the triad member standing just outside, etc.
Level 12: Hunter and Hunted (5-3-2004)
  1. Before the swat teams gets to your floor, run out the door and enter one of the inner-corner rooms. The windows to these rooms face a building inside your L-shaped motel.
  2. Balconey jump to the roof.
  3. Go to west-most open balconey and jump to it.
  4. Sneak out of the room and hit the light switch.
  5. Walk down to the second floor.
  6. Run up to the lone policeman and drug him.
  7. Drag his body into the locked room.
  8. Change clothes and pick up the syringe and silenced SG220.
  9. Run down to the ground floor before the SWAT guys come down.
  10. Just southwest of the west-most sewer entrance is a fireman. Watch out for the two patrolling policemen as you make your way towards him.
  11. Cold cock him with the pistol and drag his body into the alley. Drug him when he wakes up.
  12. Grab his clothes and PM key.
  13. Make your way to the east sewer and shoot your target (make sure you're out of sight).
  14. Quickly, without creating attention, go down the sewer.
  15. Go to an exit point. (The north exit point only works if you remembered to get the keys.)

Hitman 2: Silent Assassin
Silent Assassin Guide written by Tae W. Son

Tips
  1. Try to keep your back to the guards. This will keep them from suspecting you most of the time.
  2. When using the anaesthetic, keep pressing the action button. You will automatically drug someone when you get close enough to him and the longer you hold it down the longer that he'll be unconscious.
  3. When crouched behind a door and a guard on the other side opens it, keep the door from opening all the way. The guard will either go away or he won't see you as he goes through the door. Then you can either drug him or sneak past him.
  4. You're automatically disqualified for "Silent Assassin" if you shoot at anyone that's not your target. However, you can always drug him with the anaesthetic. On some levels you can even slice his throat with the knife or strangle him with the fibre wire (but not all).
  5. It is sometimes easier to aim when in first person mode.
  6. While picking locks, go to the map view and exit again and the door is opened without the wait. (Thanks to Narcissus.)

Level 1: Anathema (10-7-2002)
Weapon: Fibre Wire
  1. Go to the door at the corner of the wall. Wait there until one of the guards comes out to urinate. Sneak by him and into the grounds.
  2. Run through the grounds to the basement and to the stairs to the kitchen. Sneak past the cook and up to the second floor.
  3. Go out the first balcony and shimmy along the narrow ledge to your left. Walk over the kitchen roof towards and across the plank into the boss's study.
  4. Hide in the opposite corner and wait for the boss to come walking in. Sneak behind him and kill him with the fibre wire. Get the key to the cell in the basement.
  5. Drag his body to the door and wait for the guards near the pool to leave. Change to first person mode to more easily watch them through the window.
  6. After the guards leaves, drag the body onto the roof and over the spine of the roof. Make sure the delivery boy doesn't spot you dragging the body (at least not to the point where the suspicion monitor turns red). You want the body on the side of the roof away from the study because you don't want anyone to spot it just yet.
  7. Shimmy across the ledge until just after the stairs to the basement. Be sure to drop on the grass and not on the stairs; dropping on the stairs will hurt you and alert the guards.
  8. Run into the basement and open the door to the cell.
  9. Run outside and into the garage. Peek through the keyhole and wait for the guard to pass by.
  10. Run out the door and out the exit.
Bonus Weapon: Silverballers .45 Suppressed
Level 2: St. Petersburg Stakeout (10-7-2002)
Weapon: None
  1. Go to the locker and get the sniper rifle and ammo. Make sure none of the civilians see you picking the lock or holding the rifle.
  2. Manoeuvre past the civilians and up the stairs to the locker room.
  3. There’s a cop inside walking back and forth, and there’s another one periodically walking in and out. Sneak past them and into the entrance to the sewer. Make sure that neither one of them sees you holding the rifle or entering the entrance to the sewer.
  4. Run towards the sewer exit that’s second from the top of the map.
  5. Once out of the sewers, you’ll see a pile of soldier’s clothes in front of you (if you don’t, then you’ve taken the wrong exit). Change clothes.
  6. Head towards the apartment trying to avoid direct contact with all the guards.
  7. At the apartment, head up the rear stairs as the guard in the apartment wanders the front stairs. Go all the way up to the top, including the ladder at the very top, and then go back down to the fourth floor. Go to the room with the open window.
  8. Snipe the fully uniformed general who’s not smoking.
  9. Drop the rifle and get out of the apartment building. Be sure not to run into the guard.
  10. Go back to your pile of clothes, change, and then head down into the sewers.
  11. Exit back into the metro station, sneak past the guard in the locker room and out the exit.
Bonus Weapon: Sawed-off Shotgun
Level 3: Kurov Park Meeting (10-8-2002)
Weapon: Anaesthetic
  1. Go behind the dumpsters and get the two car bombs.
  2. Head into the sewers.
  3. Go to the north most sewer exit.
  4. Wait for the chauffer and drug him. Steal his clothes and plant the bomb.
  5. Go back into the sewers.
  6. Head to the south most sewer exit. The other car is parked right on top of it. Plant the second bomb.
  7. Go back to the boat and wait.
Alarm: 1 when the mafia boss's car explodes.
Level 4: Tubeway Torpedo (10-9-2002; Modified 10-20-2002)
Weapon: None
  1. Go to the first sewer exit and climb up.
  2. Sneak past all the guards to the corner where your weapons are. Grab all your weapons and sneak back into the sewers.
  3. Go to the north most sewer exit.
  4. Climb up and be careful of the roaming guard. He'll stop by the sewer exit for a while before moving on.
  5. Manoeuvre past him and the other guard by hiding behind the big boxes.
  6. Follow the second guard to the entrance to the headquarters. Use the big box for cover when he enters the building and then comes back out.
  7. After the second guard goes back down the alley, peek through the keyhole. Make sure the guard inside is walking along the catwalk before entering.
  8. Climb up the catwalk and enter the corner office. Here you'll find some clothes and a Desert Eagle with ammo.
  9. Continue down the catwalk to the lift. You'll get a save bonus.
  10. In the basement, use the indentions in the walls to sneak past the guards. Go to the control room but don't take the first door (there's a guard standing behind it). Take the long route instead.
  11. Go through the control room and take the long way to the server room (if you take the door from the control room, then a guard will follow you).
  12. Shoot the green lights on the server with the 9mm pistol suppressed. This will kill the security system.
  13. Head towards the marked room next to the guards' quarters (on map). It'll have a sign with two stars on it.
  14. Pick the lock, enter and change clothes (different hat). You'll need this in order to use the lift that leads to the 2nd basement.
  15. Head towards the sewer station and plant the bomb.
  16. Set off the bomb. This will draw in all the guards from the guard quarters (about 12). Hopefully they'll be gone by the time you get back (so take your time in the 2nd basement).
  17. Manoeuvre past the two remaining guards and take the lift down.
  18. Head towards the observation room. Sneak past the guard walking that hall. You need to time it so that he doesn't spot you picking the lock to the observation room.
  19. Shoot the general through the one-way mirror. Switching to first person mode will make it easier to shatter the mirror and hit the general in the head with one bullet (if you don't, then you won't get "Silent Assassin").
  20. Climb through the window. You'll get a save bonus.
  21. Lead the agent to the sewer station. To get past the guard at the desk, walk backwards so that he doesn't see your face.
  22. Exit.
Save Bonuses: 2
Alternate: Instead of sneaking around to the observation room, place the pager next to the door, hide and use the cell phone. The general will come out, check it out and go back into the room leaving the door unlocked. (Thanks to Narcissus.)
Level 5: Invitation to a Party (10-10-2002)
Weapons: Anaesthetic and Knife
  1. Pick the lock on the east door.
  2. Enter embassy and head towards the room that the general is in (when he's not in the ballroom).
  3. Walk up behind him and slice his throat.
  4. Hide his body in the next room.
  5. Just to be safe, drug the maid who's in the other room (the one where the general was in).
  6. Follow the ambassador.
  7. After he opens the safe, drug him.
  8. Take the briefcase and exit.

Level 6: Tracking Hayamoto (10-11-2002)
Weapons: Anaesthetic
  1. Sneak towards the garage.
  2. Honk the horn of the car.
  3. Hide next to the door.
  4. A guard will come out, drug him.
  5. Sneak into the storeroom of the kitchen.
  6. Get the poison from the fish.
  7. Place the poison and tracker into the dish at the south end of the kitchen counter.
  8. Sneak out.

Level 7: Hidden Valley (10-13-2002)
Weapons: Anaesthetic
  1. Head towards where your weapons are. Moving amongst the trees will keep you from being sniped.
  2. Drug the guard that patrols there and grab the crossbow and night vision goggles.
  3. Go down the first service shaft.
  4. Drug the guard and change clothes.
  5. Sneak onto the rear of a truck. If you switch to the map at this point, it'll be easier to pass by the patrolling guards without them spotting you in the truck.
  6. After the second corner, get out. Up ahead will be about four guards who stop the truck and check it. Sneak past them.
  7. Wait for the truck and get on it again to pass the last set of guards.
  8. Get out near the last service shaft and sneak by the guard that patrols there.
  9. Climb up and head towards the exit.
Alarm: 1 when the first guard you drugged wakes up before you reach the end of the level.
Level 8: At the Gate (10-15-2002) Weapons: Carries Over From Last Level
  1. Head south and follow the mountainside to a small plateau.
  2. Drug the guard and steal his clothes.
  3. Sneak over to the gate, and then sneak over to the outside generator.
  4. Sneak past the guard and turn off the generator.
  5. Sneak back to the front and enter, being sure there's no guard there.
  6. Immediately to the right, where it looks like there's only a wooden wall, is a hidden door. Enter it.
  7. Go up the stairs and go immediately out the door.
  8. To the right is the other power generator, and to the left is an outside ramp that leads up to a hall at the end of which is the final power generator.
  9. Turn off both generators and then head towards the exit.

Level 9: Shogun Showdown (10-15-2002)
Weapons: Carries Over From Last Level
  1. If you have the crossbow then drop it as the guards will get suspicious if they see you carrying it.
  2. Diagonally in front of you is a wooden panel; it's a hidden door.
  3. Go through the door and up the stairs and kill the guard with the fiber wire and take his clothes. Don't walk on the wooden floorboards, try to walk only along the beams and use the pillars to hide behind.
  4. Go down the other flight of stairs and get the key card.
  5. Go back up and use the key card on the lasers.
  6. From here go all the way down to the basement and get the guidance system and the .22 suppressed. You'll get a bonus save.
  7. Now go to the fourth floor and talk to the girl from Hong Kong (from Hitman 1). She'll give you a key card to the next level. You'll also get a bonus save.
  8. Go up and kill Hayamoto.
  9. Grab the key card and climb out the window.
  10. There's only one path down, and this will lead you back to the girl. Lead her to the helicopter.
    Note: You have to skip the helicopter cut scene otherwise when you take off the guards standing next to helicopter will get alarmed and it will count against your "Silent Assassin" ranking.

Level 10: Basement Killing (10-16-2002) Weapons: Anaesthetic (For the Next Level)
  1. Sneak into the locker room and get your weapons.
  2. Sneak into the laundry room and drop the smoke bomb down the laundry shaft.
  3. Go to the Fire Station and wait for all the firemen to exit (6).
  4. Go into the Fire Station and get the axe and change clothes.
  5. Go to the basement and head towards the sub-basement.
  6. Kill Charlie. Be careful of the pizza lying on the floor (makes noises when you step on it).
  7. Get back out to the entrance to the sub-basement and shoot the monitor next to the door you just exited.
  8. Get into the lift.
Note: The computer in the guards' locker room displays a map of the next level and the routes of the guards.
Level 11: The Graveyard Shift (10-18-2002; Modified 10-20-2002)
Weapons: Carries Over From Last Level
  1. Sneak past the guard in the hall to the the room next to the guards' room (the one on the other side from the kitchen).
  2. Take the key card.
  3. Head to the server air-conditioning room.
  4. Shoot the server air-conditioning unit.
  5. The sysadmin will run to the server room and open the door.
  6. Sneak up behind him and drug him.
  7. Plant the dongle.
  8. Change clothes and sneak to the window facing the walkway.
  9. Shoot the window and hide behind a vent before any guards come.
  10. Sneak past the guards on the walkway by drugging them.
Note: Some of the computers display a map of this level and the routes of the guards.
Level 12: The Jacuzzi Job (10-18-2002)
Weapons: Carries Over From Last Level
  1. Run to the middle balcony
  2. Wait for the guard and drug him.
  3. Go get the night vision goggles on the coffee table.
  4. Wait for the other guard behind the door leading to the hall (the one he just exited) and drug him.
  5. Go to the Jacuzzi room. Make sure all three girls are in the Jacuzzi room before sneaking in and hiding behind the partition.
  6. Wait for the girls to leave (it's about five minutes) then shoot Charlie in the head.
  7. Go to the room with the fuse box and destroy the fuses.
  8. After putting on the goggles, go to the safe and get the money (across the hall from the room you're just in and it's in the safe behind the painting.
  9. Go get the statue (in the room where you got the goggles).
  10. Wait for the technician to come up in the lift.
  11. Sneak into the lift.
Bonus Weapon: M4 Rifle
Level 13: Murder at the Bazaar (10-19-2002)
Weapons: .22 Suppressed and Anaesthetic
  1. Run to the rear entrance to the lieutenant's house.
  2. Enter and shoot him in the head. (Switching to first person mode might make it easier to aim).
  3. Wait for the two guards that have just entered to exit and then leave. Look out the window to make sure that they have left.
  4. Go to the bazaar and go to the earthenware stall (the east most stall on the south side of the bazaar).
  5. Hide behind the crates and wait for the colonel.
  6. Shoot the colonel in the head and get the key.
  7. Drug the colonel's bodyguard.
  8. Walk to the exit.

Level 14: The Motorcade Interception (10-19-2002)
Weapons: Carries Over From Previous level
  1. Run to where your contact is and get the MI95.
  2. Manoeuvre past the guards to the stairs east of you.
  3. Drop the MI95 onto the roof. No one will see it if it's lying on the roof.
  4. Wait till the coast is clear then pick up the MI95 and run across the plank. Drop the MI95 somewhere near the ladder.
  5. Wait till the coast is clear then pick up the MI95 and climb the ladder. Drop it at the top.
  6. Crouch down and wait for the motorcade to arrive.
  7. Pick up the MI95 and aim towards the centre of the dirt road.
  8. Shoot the khan.
  9. Make your way towards the exit.

Level 15: Tunnel Rat (10-20-2002)
Weapons: Carries Over From Previous Level
  1. Note that the guards patrol clockwise around the outer walls.
  2. Manoeuvre around the outer wall towards the south most entrance (this is so that the guard at this entrance doesn't spot you).
  3. Drug him and then enter (you can pick the lock behind his back before drugging him).
  4. Manoeuvre past the guards and head towards the east most room. There's one guard patrolling the south hall, one guard patrolling the east hall, and one guard who walks back and forth from the entrance to the room to a torture victim in the northeast corner.
  5. Enter the room. Be sure to close the door; if you don't then the guards get suspicious.
  6. Sneak to the storeroom and strangle the lieutenant.
  7. Sneak back to the south entrance, and then sneak up the west hall to the northwest corner.
  8. Before reaching the guard at the corner (and making sure the other guard isn't behind you), jump into the sewer and sneak past the three guards and back out of the sewer.
  9. Go the the north entrance.
  10. Make sure the two guards on the outside go off in separate directions before coming out of the entrance. Sneak up behind them when they're urinating and drug them.
  11. Drag the two bodies into the entrance tunnel (this is very important as they wake up when the alarms go off and you don't want them outside near the helipad at the end).
  12. Enter back into the base and sneak back to the west hall and up to the intersectiing hallway just before the guard at the corner.
  13. Go in and drug the guard that's guarding the power generator.
  14. Turn the power generator off and go back to the guard at the northwest corner.
  15. Drug him. You'll be finished drugging him by the time the lights come back on.
  16. Walk into the room where the item is and take the lift up.
Alarm: Oops, I forgot to note the number of alarms, but what popped up during play was an alarm when the first guard woke up and the alarm when I rode the lift up. So I'm guessing that I had 2.
Level 15: Temple City Ambush (10-21-2002)
Weapons: None
  1. Go to your first contact.
  2. Go to your second contact.
  3. Go to the market. Be careful, you have to make sure that none of the other assassins spot you otherwise you won't get "Silent Assassin". Also, there's one annoying guy that sticks to you like glue if he spots you so be wary of him too.
  4. Find the assassin that's in one of the second story rooms (randomly changes every time).
  5. Strangle him and take his picture.
  6. Snipe the second assassin.
  7. Go down to the market and take his picture.
  8. Go back to the second contact.
  9. Head to the exit.
  10. The exit is hidden behind one of the carpets in the room.

Level 16: The Death of Hannelore (10-22-2002)
Weapons: Carries Over From Last Level
  1. Wait for the guard to walk up to you (you're hiding behind a boat).
  2. Drug him, hide his body and take his clothes.
  3. On the other end of the beach is a patrolling guard. He's patrolling over the entrance to a sewer opening.
  4. Make your way to the sewers and into the complex.
  5. Go get the key and your weapons, be sure avoid guards or cult members.
  6. Make your way to the northeast room.
  7. Drug Lord Sinclair and take his clothes (if he's not in this room then he's in the next room). Now everyone will think you're Lord Sinclair.
  8. Go into the main part of the complex. Approach from the west because the guard on that side is farther from the door than the guard on the east
    .
  9. Walk to the nurse. She'll lead you upstairs to the Doctor. The suspicion meter will turn red when you pass the guards on the stairs, but it won't count against "Silent Assassin".
  10. After the nurse leaves, just walk up behind the Doctor, take out the fiber wire and strangle her.
  11. Make your way back to the sewer.
  12. Make your way back to the boat. Be sure to avoid the guard patrolling just above the sewer entrance.

Level 17: Terminal Hospitality (10-23-2002)
Weapons: Carries Over From Last Level
  1. Sneak past the guard on the pier.
  2. Approach the temple from via the south path.
  3. Take the clothes that are next to the shallow pool.
  4. Take the north path to the west side of the main building.
  5. Go to the northwest corner and enter the spiral staircase.
  6. Go all the way to the roof and to the sunroof that's over the room where your equipment are (if you look down you'll see a desk with a black box on it).
  7. Drop down onto the border of the sunroof from the ledge that overlooks it.
  8. Drop down to the desk in the room. If you drop onto the floor you'll be injured.
  9. Open the box and get the room key and night vision goggles.
  10. Go to the next room (north) and get the lab coat and anaesthetic.
  11. Go outside to the roof and make your way back to the spiral staircase. Be careful of the nurse that sits just outside (south) of the room where your equipment were.
  12. Go all the way down to the basement.
  13. Make your way to the generator room at the south.
  14. Turn off the generator.
  15. Make your way to the surgery rooms.
  16. Find the cult leader.
  17. Make sure no one is in the room with you, then shoot him in the head.
  18. Make your way back to the boat. Be careful as your clone takes a pot shot at you when you go down the stairs leading to your boat (stand to one side of the passage way so that he misses you).
  19. Go to your boat.
Alternate: Just north of the generator room is a doctor's office with a scalpel on the desk (be careful of the nurse that wanders from this room and the adjoining storeroom). Now you can kill the cult leader with the scalpel without worrying about the other people in the surgery room. (Thanks to Narcissus.)
Level 18: St. Petersburg Revisited (10-24-2002)
Weapons: None
  1. The ending to the last level and the intro to this level should make it obvious that this is a set-up.
  2. Ignore the sniper rifle in the locker and the sniper ammo next to the dumpsters near the apartment building (the ammo are blanks).
  3. Make your way to the Pushkin Building. Approach from the west or north because the assassin (the clone from the last level) roams around the southeast corner of the second floor.
  4. Try to sneak up behind the clone and strangle him. Unfortunately, this is more luck than skill as he has the habit of "detecting" you. Also, if you peek through the keyholes of the side doors, he detects you too.
  5. Make your way back to the subway. Use the sewer route because there are guards guarding the metro entrance now.
  6. Get onto the train.

Level 19: Redemption at Gontranno (10-25-2002) Weapons: None
  1. In the main courtyard there are two guards, one guarding the door to the side courtyard where your armoury and shack are and another just circling (counter clockwise). Strangle the one guarding the door, grab his gun and shoot the other one. Be careful not to shoot him in front of the door or the door to the church.
  2. In the side couryard there are three guards, one guarding the upper part of the ramp, one guarding the lower part of the ramp and the final one atop the training area with a sniper rifle. Sneak past the one on the upper part of the ramp and drop down the south end of the ramp.
  3. Shoot the guard on the lower part of the ramp. The guard on the upper ramp will run down to check it out. Shoot him.
  4. Go to the armoury and grab the .22 SD, a knife and the crossbow (with the appropriate ammunition).
  5. Shoot the sniper with the crossbow.
  6. Make your way to the side entrance to the church.
  7. Shoot the guard in the dungeon then get the church key.
  8. Go back out to the courtyard and make your way to the hidden side entrance to the church. It's behind your shack (next to the door you just came out of).
  9. Sneak up the stairs and towards the main foyer to the church. Sneak up behind the two guards there and slice their throats.
  10. Sneak your way up to the second floor of the church. Open the door to the south catwalk and shoot one of the guards. Quickly hide. The other guard won't notice you. Then when it's safe, shoot the second guard.
  11. Go back down to the first floor and open the other door. Shoot the guard behind that.
  12. Go back up to the catwalk and start shooting everyone with the crossbow. You can get everyone on ground floor and one guard on each side catwalk. Each catwalk has one remaining guard left. The guard on the west catwalk is facing north, so you can sneak up behind him and kill him. Shoot the guard on the east catwalk with the crossbow.
  13. There's one guard left and he's at the bottom of the stairs just below you.
  14. After that, go back to the armoury and get your best weapon.
  15. Go to the confessional and shoot at the heart.
  16. Shoot Sergei until he's dead.
